The purchase of property also requires incidental expenses. In general, the following incidental expenses must be taken into account.

  • 3.5 % real estate transfer tax (to revenue office)
  • 1 % for ownership registration with the land register
  • 1.5 % + VAT to lawyer or notary for drawing up the contract
  • 0.5 % + VAT to lawyer or notary for a required trusteeship
  • 3 % + VAT to real estate trustee
  • Cash expenditure, stamp duties, certification

In case of financing without subsidies for home building additional

  • 1.2 % to land register for mortgage registration
  • Bank service charge
